*** how ironic that my friend @ isthishouston.com (see link on bar to right) also posted a picture of a shadow ***
Only a mere 71 degrees at 6:30a.m., the fan won’t be needed until I get home from work which by then will be a scorching 103 degrees… Fort Worth’s temps have been sweltering, but I’ll take it compared to heat plus humidity, i.e., H-town.

decepticon in waiting?

gray optimus prime at "failed" TCC construction site
I saw Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen last night. Basic premise, the decepticons were here for millennia, and they have arisen seeking revenge. I woke up this morning, and looked in my backyard only to see a construction vehicle waiting for its call…The pic on the right I took few hours later driving in downtown Fort Worth at the construction site of what was supposedly to be a campus site of Tarrant County Community College and/or part of a trinity river project.
Day and Night

train traffic in downtown

lonely skyscrapers
Same spot few hours apart. Fort Worth has a large train depot that is located in downtown. You can see the numerous “skyscrapers” illuminating the night sky.
Funkytown Low rydaz

Sundance Scooter
Driving near downtown Fort Worth, I stumbled up on Sundance Scooters…Awesome owners, cool place, contemplating getting one. Check out there website here.
Paris coffee in Fort Worth

side view

corner view
(Another great local eatery in Fort Worth.) Ironically, located few blocks north of Paul’s donuts. Maybe it’s just a common theme in Fort Worth, but Paris Coffee Shop has great service and wonderful food.
***disclaimer: I am not a foodie…I like to eat…well, I love to eat. But, I do exercise, and taking pictures of gyms would be a little boring, no? ***
Chicken or the egg?

Evening picture of TC Courthouse
This picture of the Tarrant County Courthouse building was taken few blocks away on Main Street in Downtown Fort Worth. I’m not too sure of the history behind the building, but from the wiki entry, it was built to model the Capitol Building. However, I read some historic landmark while running on the Trinity Trail that Fort Worth was at one time the capital of Texas. Therefore, I’m not too sure which came first. When I do find out definitively, I will post accordingly.
